Hi, I am looking for a good Martial Arts training DVD that I can do at home when I am not in the studio. I am looking for something that has parts that are bit fast paced so I get some cardio, but also has some things for technique as well. You know something good but is not "Tae Bo"

Anyone know any good? I want someone that gets straight to the point, and teaches methods for fast striking down while blocking the enemy.
